Tom Joseph is a Member at OGC Law, LLC. Tom is a licensed patent attorney who practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Tom has over twenty-four years of experience in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, copyright registration, litigation, and licensing. Prior to joining OGC Law, Tom practiced as a solo practitioner and with two small Pittsburgh law firms. Tom was the former General Counsel of Grant Street Group, Inc., a Pittsburgh-area fintech company.
