Lindsay is a skilled litigator who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. She handles all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, agency adjudication, dispositive motions, and trials. Lindsay’s practice is focused on professional malpractice. Lindsay also has experience with employment litigation, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, defamation, whistleblower, and breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, consumer protection, fraud, misrepresentation, premises liability, and product liability.

During her time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law she served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Analysis and Writing courses and held positions on JURIST as both an editor and journalist. Additionally, she was the President of the Christian Legal Society and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

When Lindsay is not working, she enjoys golfing with her husband Tony and playing with her dogs Frank and Bruno.
